Yarraville Pale Ale Fresh Wort Kits are made on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery from grain and brewed true to style. Yarraville Pale Ale Fresh Wort Kits are pourfectly suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with maximum flavour and a minimum of effort.

NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

Yarraville Pale Ale is hoppy ale with loads of the best of the Pacific Rim hops Galaxy, Citra and Kohatu. An easy drinking session pale ale with a malty backbone using Australian pilsner malt and German Crystal malt.

Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy, Citra or Kohatu in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.054 undiluted, 1.046 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 14 IBU’s.
Grist make up: Joe White Pilsner 95% and Best’s Carahell 5%.
Late hops: Citra, Galaxy and Kohatu
