Hop Nation XPA | Artisan Ale | Fresh Wort Kits are pourfectly suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with maximum taste with a minimum of effort.

NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

A collaboration between Grain and Grape and their friends and neighbours Hop Nation. It has the signature hop flavour and punch of a Hop Nation beer with around 5.5% alcohol.

Starting Gravity: 1.060 undiluted, 1.051 with 3 litres of water added
Grist make up: Joe White Signature Pilsner 36% BB Ale 36% JW Wheat 14% and JW Vienna 14%.
Bitterness: 40 IBU
Bittering Hops: Motueka
Late Hops: Ella, Citra

Dry Hops: Ella AU Hops + Citra US Hops
