Aussie Draught | Artisan Ale | Fresh Wort Kit is made on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery from grain and brewed true to style. Aussie Draught Fresh Work Kit is well suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with a minimum amount of effort.

NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

A smashable Aussie lager style, perfect for those hot summer days. Enjoy ice-cold.

Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you would like to experiment you could try 40g of Hersbrucker in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.064 undiluted, 1.054 with 3 litres of water added

Bitterness: 20 IBU’s using Warrior hops.
Grist make up: JW Pilsner, Vienna 5%
Flavour hopped with Hersbrucker hops.

Dry Hop suggestion:

• Hersbrucker

Yeast Recommendations:

• BSY-A010 Bluestone San Diego,
• BSY-L006 Stuttgart, 
• Fermentis US-05.
